Redefine Success
It All Begins Here
People usually measure success in motorsports the obvious way, lap times, podium finishes, trophies. And sure, those things matter. But if you've spent any real time around racing, you know the sport runs on something deeper than that.
That's the idea behind Schwab Motorsports. Yeah, the goal is to compete at a high level. But the bigger thing we're building is a community, a place where people who love performance, engineering, and competition can be part of something that goes beyond any single race or result.
Southern Arizona's motorsports scene has been picking up momentum. Drivers and fans are making regular trips to tracks around the region, places like Podium Club at Attesa, and the energy keeps building. But here's the thing about racing, a lot of what makes it special happens after the helmets come off. It's the conversations in the paddock, the friendships that form over shared obsessions, the ideas people kick around over a drink. That's where a racing community actually takes shape.
And honestly, that's a big part of why so many local car people end up at Casa Marana. It's become this natural gathering spot where drivers and fans and gearheads wind up talking about their last track day, what events are coming up, or just geeking out over builds and setups. Nobody planned it that way, it just kind of happened, and it keeps growing.
For us, building Schwab Motorsports means building more than a race team. It means bringing people into the journey early and keeping them connected as things develop. Motorsport has always worked that way at its best, communities of people who show up, follow the progress, and genuinely share in the highs and lows of competition.
So when we talk about success, we're not just talking about what happens on track. We're talking about what happens around it. When local fans, business owners, and enthusiasts rally around a shared passion, racing becomes something bigger than any one person or team. It becomes a collective thing.
That's what we're building here in Southern Arizona, a community connected by speed, by curiosity, by the excitement of figuring out what's next. And as the program grows, the mission stays the same: bring the community along for the ride.
