Shop Policies

The Schwab Motorsports shop may use limited drops, waitlists, and preorder windows. Paid orders should open only after physical samples, final product details, pricing, tax, shipping, pickup, returns, and fulfillment timing are approved.

Current Drop Status

  • The Founding Team Drop is waitlist-first until samples and fulfillment are approved.

  • Product pages may show concept previews, sample status, and drop-list interest before paid checkout opens.

  • Products should not be marked as in stock unless inventory exists.

Preorder Timing

  • Product pages will state the order window and estimated fulfillment window before payment is accepted.

  • Production begins after the drop closes unless otherwise stated.

  • Fulfillment timing can change because of vendor production, shipping, weather, event, or quality-control issues.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be reviewed for correction.

  • Size exchanges depend on available inventory because limited drops may not have deep extra stock.

  • Customers should check size charts before ordering.

  • Final exchange, return, pickup, and support instructions must be visible before paid checkout opens.

Pickup and Shipping

  • Local pickup may be offered for Schwab Motorsports events or approved pickup locations.

  • Shipping options and rates must be shown before payment.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and pickup information.

Support

  • Order questions should go through the published shop contact route.

  • Customers should include their order number, name, product, size, and issue details when asking for support.
